On my way back from Lesvos island, I ended up in Athens for two days. Due to a national transport strike, I could not get out to visit anywhere except the tourist sites. So I spent time exploring the Acropolis where Paul first preached when he got to Athens. Read about Paul’s experience in Acts 17:16-34.

While I have no idea if this is where Paul spoke his famous sermon in Acts 17, I could well imagine him standing in similar circumstances, addressing the people. Notice the table and the surrounding seating arrangements. Clearly, some people has better seats.
Once you have paid your entrance fee, made the hike up the hill, you arrive at the foot of the very impressive entrance to the Acropolis.
